Sorry to hear that your Visa got rejected.
But you are under wrong impression that you can apply under SPP only once.
You can file your visa under SPP for the next intake(even if you were rejected previously), but not the current one(intake), thats the only constraint.
i.e you just cant apply under SPP for the same intake twice, but for different intakes its okay.

Have faith and apply with a strong case-file, and if your further studies are not in progression with your finished ones just go for another course, or come up with a rocksolid SOP describing how your selected course links with your previous studies.

I am sorry, but was under wrong light, there was a previous allowance of applying under SPP for the next intake, but seems that they have changed the rule.
Anyway, my bad, sorry for the inconvenience.
