Hi Guys,
I am in the process of applying for PR (currently in phase2 doc to ND) and also planning to apply for H1B in the month of Apr'2010.
will there be any issues in regards to the Visa/Passport/Validity ??

Zeba,

The US processing & the Canada PR r independent of each other, so no attrition within themselves is envisaged. u can relax on that.

Now, about the Visa/Passport/Validity, what exactly is your query & what u mean by that?

I am under an assumption that the passport will be in NewDelhi CHC for a period of 3 months for PR stamping.
How will I manage the situation in which I submit the passport to the NewDlhi CHC and at the same time
I have to go for the H1B visa stamping ?

Usually 30 days is all it takes to stamp the Visa. I've also read on this forum that u can 'personally' go to CHC-ND & get it stamped. Thus, don't worry about that aspect.

ok qorax i got ur pt,one more query is tht----------------in case i leave for US on H1B from india,do a job there for a year,in between if i get my PR,can i visit canada from US ,while still holding an H1B or should i come back to india and then make an entry to canada????plzz clarify
