Hello,
I want to apply for Masters in EE. Can you please tell looking at my profile if it will help me or not to get admission in any university.
my profile:

Bachelor's in engg: 64%(had 8 baklogs all cleared) 2009 passed electronics and communication
12th: 64%
10th: 74%
IELTS: 6.5 overall (7.0, 6.5, 5.5, 6.0)
work exp: 3 and half years of experience.

So with this profile can I get admission in any univ? please suggest some univ?

Or should I apply for PG? Whats the difference b/w a pg diploma and Masters exactly?

How will they count me at the end?

5.5 will be an issue for some univ.. otherwise you can easily get admission..

I don't want to demoralize you but want to show you the correct facts:-

a) Every university out in canada needs minimum of 6 band in each section.
b) They expect approx 70% in last 2 years of graduation.

For colleges i am not sure what is the eligibility criteria. you can check humber centinnal college for there eligibility

Guyzzz I have also written my GRE and got 1020 (740+280) old pattern. so Is gre imp for admission.

Hehehe bro gre is lyk an ACE..... u can simply ask what universities.i can get for a 1000

So is GRE a plus point. can u tell which all univ can accept with my case.

my negative points are 8backlogs
Ielts 6.5 total with 5.5 in one module.

improve ur IELTS , nd apply to 3-4 universities , 1 dream and atleast 2-3 safe in ur case i guess.

backlogs must not be that big a prob for mid tier uni as long u have them cleared...!!
