i would like to say that i applied my case on 20th March 2010 and received by CIO on 1st April 2010 due to wrong visa office infromation the form was sent back on 10th MAY 2010 after correcting form i re-submitted form on 11th May and received by CIO on 18th May 2010. sir i did not konw that form had been changed on web site and new version is IMM0008 (04-2010) i sent the form IMM0008 (12-2009) the main thing is that there is no cahnge in the old ver and the ner version. someone has told on the forum that he sent old ver and his form sent back by CIO he has not mentiond the real reason. what i should do now?

they may do the same with you i.e. return your application.

CIC says that when you are going to send the application, check the version before sending also. They are very ciritical on these terms.
