I am an international student and I have a valid study permit until the end of 2015 (separated not in my passport). However, my first student visa that is stamped in my passport has expired in February 2015, but a month before the expiration I applied online for a temporary resident visa which is required if I have to leave Canada for a summer vacation. Now it has been 2 months from my application, no changes on my status online I did not recieve anything from CIC by mail or email!! on CIC website the processing time shown they are Working on applications submitted on March 6, 2015 so a month after my application.
I don't know what should I do. I tried to contact the telecenter by phone but no agent available since February!!
