There are many universities and colleges you can apply to and I am sure you will get accepted in most of them if you have a good average. there are a few universities and colleges who will take you if you are a college student. I think you should do your IELTS some time in January or February and apply. Do not wait till the dead lines as sometimes the visa process tends to take a lot longer than usual so apply early.

Hi,

If you intend to apply in a 'University', you should apply now. Take IELTS as quick as possible. Most probably you shall not get any admission in a University after April for want of time in your visa processing.

If we apply now for sep intake will uni issue us acceptance after deadline or they will issue within a month or so?

they will issue it now. like if there processing time is 4 weeks they will process it and send you the acceptance within four weeks. They will not wait for the deadline to send the acceptance.

i have done 2 year b.com so i will go for undergraduate program so it is possible to get add in april

why do you want to wait till april? Most of the Universities admission as said by enfield ends in first week of march. However some universities and almost all the colleges will allow you to apply till second week in september. But as an international student you know visa process takes time. the average time CIC in Pakistan is taking +3 months. So the earlier you apply the higher are chances you will/will not get your visa on time.

i have taken TOEFL exam and university accepts that. Do i need to give ielts for visa purpose. please reply.

If the University accepts TOEFL then I think IELTS is not necessary.
