hello
I’m Libyan citizen with Malta residency card , I’m planning to apply for a online visitor visa to Canada.
The problem is in Libya there’s no Canadian VAC center , and we are required to submit our biometric, my question is can I submit my biometric in tunis instead of malta since now I’m in libya and in mean time it’s difficult for me to go for malta or should i just don’t mention that i have malta residency card????

Some VAC offers the option to pick-up the passport and deliver it back to you. I just don't know if this is applicable for International delivery.
Ask the VAC office.

In my residence card it’s written subsidiary protection , does it affect applying for tourist visa ?

Did you originally file for asylum in Malta, and was given subsidiary protection instead ? What is the validity of your residence permit ?
