I need your expert guidance regarding my case.
Sir, i was removed as a minor by my parents at the age of 12.5, I stayed in Canada for 2 months with my family and never went back. Now i am 17.25
and want to return to Canada and settle there permanently . My grade 12 result will be out in a couple of days . My questions are :
1. If i apply for PRTD to join university in canada on H&C ground,do i need to have a guardian or not for 8 months. I have heard that it is the whole discretion of the immigration officers to waive me off as i am almost of age now?
2. Is it mandatory to submit guardianship certificate from canada while applying for PRTD from my home country?
Plz share experiences if anyone has the same circumstances ..
