If your uncle has any relatives that are still alive (sisters like your mother, brothers, parents, children, a spouse) then he cannot sponsor you. Does he have any of these relatives and are they still alive?

This is totally wrong. Your uncle can NOT sponsor you through family class. Family class sponsorship is only for spouses, common law, children, parents and grand parents.

You would have to look into Skilled worker category if you want to immigrate to Canada.

If you are interested in studying in Canada, then I would recommend you join the International Students section of this forum. All of your questions can be answered there.
