PLZ HELP with What kind of papers need to send if I want to change my address?

HI ALL

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ABOUT WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SEND WITH FORM IF I WANT MY CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS??

LET ME EXPLAIN YOU MY CASE:

I sent my application on Nov 7, they received on Nov 9. I called them asking what about my AOR. They said that they sent it on Dec 4, but if I didn't received it yet I have to send a form http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/A-0520-MA-dyn.pdf with a paper explaining why I want to change my correspondence address. So, my question is: What kind of support documents do I need to send also?

Changing your correspondence or residence address does not require supporting documents. Just check and fill the relevant boxes in the form and sign and mail it. Should do the trick.
