plz help mum dont want to under go medical exam for her extension application!

Hi! please somebody help me, my mum got her visa and the validity is until 2019, she came here in canada last sept 16, 2015 i apply her for 5 months extension only last feb. 15, 1 month before her visa expired which is on march 16,2016. Today i received an email from cic that she need to undergo medical examination within 30days, but she doesnt want it bec. she will be back home soon and beside another expenses for me, so she decided to go back home on march 30. My question is that will be ok not to go for medical exam since she will be leaving on march 30, it will gonna cause any problem once she want to visit us again? right now she's was in implied status, any help?? thanks

No, she left while on implied status.

ok thanks again, another question do you still have any idea what will happen to her application and her medical exam request when she will leave canada, for sure i will receive an email or letter from cic what ever is that rejection or cancellation is that would be ok since she's not been here anymore? thanks again

If CIC dont receive documents they asking for, normally they reject such applications. I would not wait for this (it us just not good to have rejection record). Call CIC and ask to cancel the application.

Yes, you can cancel application at any stage before CIC reaches the decision. You can give them a call or rise CSE and say that you want to cancel visa extension application for your mather because she decide to leave. Temporary residency application are not cancelled automatically because someone decide to leave.

thanks i will try to call them, so that would be ok if my mom visa was already expired since march 16 and she will be leaving on april 10? is she still under implied status since her visa expired once i cancel my application to her? thanks agains
