Hi,
It seems the TEF exam is not conducted in Alliance Française de Bangalore. The closest is probably Chennai. Hyderabad seemed to conduct the test earlier, but the current info on their website does not show TEF, only DELF. Check out these links (make sure you add the http text before the links).

Apart from the compulsory sections, you need to sign up for the 2 optional sections as well. The total fees comes to Rs. 14,800 (Rs. 9000 for the compulsory and Rs. 2,900 X 2 = Rs. 5800 for the two optional sections put together)
You can write to the course directors at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai for further information. Their contact email IDs are mentioned on the respective websites.
