plz help : eye color confusion in bio data form

I am july applicant.I had written my eye color as black in the application form. now I got bio data form.
Later I realized that my eye color is different than black.What should i write in bio data form?Please help me out.

Same happened with my height measurement...on one form i wrote X cms and later i realised its Y cmc so i wrote Y cms....there should be no problem due to these minor things...or just stick with Black as u earlier reported.
