i refuse 3 times by chc
1 time reason{august2013} was
purpose of visit,family ties,travel history,logical progression with course and u will no return after Ur studies..
2nd time[nov2013]
academic scores ,language ability and course in light
3rd time [nov2013]
purpose of visit,not satisfy the VO,level of establishment,future plans,language ability,puposed studies are reasonable in light..
my academic are
b.tech it (70%)2012
+2 (62%)2008
10th (70%)2006
ielts 6.5overall but 5.5 in writing and reading
plz give me suggestions Wat i do plzzzzzz guys

Read the rejections reasons for all three times again and see if you can detect a pattern. Given your reading and writing scores it will be extremely hard for you to succeed in any course that is not ESL. The VO is not satisfied that you are going to be a genuine student. If you want to try a fourth time, my suggestion would be an ESL course followed by college admission
