plz give me advice . my wife in Canada she sponsor me she is pregnant . and my case is approved and file transfer London visa office and all pregnancy reports attach with file and my medical . me and my wife wish both together in delivery time . tell me what is next step . cic visa issue before delivery or not .

CIC will NOT speed up the processing of your file due to the pregnancy. So it's impossible for any of us to say if your PR visa will be issued in time.

You could try applying for a visitor visa if you want to try another option for being with your wife in time for the delivery.

It's very unlikely to get a visitor visa.
Unless you get your PR before the actual birth but as scylla said CIC won't speed up the process because of a pregnancy.
Sorry but the reality sucks.

If you have the UCI number already, apply for a visitor visa, inform them that you are on the process of applying for PR with UCI # _________, and explain to them the situation. There is a HIGH chance that you will be approve because they know that you are in the process now and you will not do anything to jeopardize your application. Search it here, there's a lot who got approved with UCI #.

This is incorrect. Having a UCI number makes no difference. With a spouse in Canada (especially a pregnant spouse) and a PR app in process, it will be extremely hard to prove stronger ties to the home country than to Canada.

If you search the forum, you will find the majority in this situation are refused TRVs.
