Plz answer my Query on PPR

I received the "Ready for Visa" or Passport request email for myself, wife and kid on Dec 15, 2015. As I applied from India, I want to change the VISA office to New Delhi. Now here is the trick*y situation,

1) Since my employer have applied German work visa for me, I have to submit my passport on Dec 23, 2015 to German consulate in India and I am expected to get the passport back by 30 Dec.

2) There is also a official travel plan to Germany on Jan 9, 2016, so even if I submit the passport on Jan 1st, 2016 to the new delhi office for printing the Canada PR visa, I am not sure if i will get the passport back within my travel date to germany.

3) Also I am traveling alone. my wife and k*id will be back* in india only.

so can I ask CIC to change VISA printing office for myself alone to germany ?
I am really confused my situation. on what should be informed to the CIC

You can ask them to change your visa office I believe. Also email them your plan. I think it should be fine. And yes two different visa offices are fine too.
