It might not affect negatively, in my opinion, when it comes to the decision. But may affect your landing if there is a quarantine policy. On the other hand, I heard that Philippines VO has sped up the visa process to help Hurricane (?) victims there. But not sure if it applies to ebola outbreak.

Thanks much, was just thinking though, because my medical results have bn received has bn on my online application status since Ghana received my application from missinsigua on July 29,2014. It's not easy waiting for something you knw,. Thank you all for replying.
