Actually there was only one spreadsheet until July/August; then the file was screwed up badly, restored many times and messed up again and again to end up in original creator dump it finally. Most of the mess up was incorrect sorting and block move, may be by handheld device swipings trying to reach end of a long file. I used to have a copy of the file earlier which helped in restoring some lines. After few days my line was filled up with test and oath dates "express" and another guy's status was raised to family from single; many still remains so...
In brief the file was no more reliable to gather or post information, so we created another file starting August with some precautions to prevent any accidental data corruption.

Anyone can join here (http://goo.gl/UdobDn) if you wish so. All are most welcome. Will add some features as the file grows and if needed, later.
