My study permit was recently refused on April 29 2019 which I have the letter copy of the email..I send it to my school so that they can process the refund of my tuition deposit I paid into the school account but they didn't accept it because they said it's unofficial that I should request for the physical copy of visa refusal letter from immigration to be mailed to my house address and then send it to them before they can process my refund tuition deposit fee..pls has anyone gone through this before..Also I will really appreciate anyone advice concerning this issue.. thanks a lot in advance..

They said the email copy of the refusal letter I send to them wasn't in PDF format and the immigration didn't send it to me in that way
Pls also is it possible I request they send it to me in a PDF format to my email?
