i have also a doubt regarding filling application form to the chc newdelhi. should i send the photocopy of the application send to cio earlier or should i fill in the forms once again with the changes as i joined a new job after getting the approval from cio. so i will have to add on few things in the personal history and work experience columns. or is it fine to write the change in details in a separate sheet of paper pls a\dvice
