pls Help - Proving Relationship in Canada

Hi,
I have my uncle in Canada and I need to provide proof for that. What the CHC asks for as I understand is

a) Uncle's Birth Certificate translated

b) my mother's Birth Certificate translated

c) My Birth Certificate Translated

d) Uncle's record of Landing - IMM 1000 and PR card

- Should I ask my uncle to get a photo copy and notorize it in Canada as I won't be able to notorize
it here without the original
