Hi Experts

Yesterday, I changed my NOC code from 2147 to 2173 and then I found today a new message was waiting for me in CIC acc. as I am ineligible for EE.

When I tried to change my NOC to 2147 again, I found the forms are now view only and there is no option to edit it. What could be the reason of this change?

Anybody pls help!

You'll have to create a fresh EE profile. You're probably ineligible because by making that change you fell short of 67 points on the FSWP 100 points grid. Check that again. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

You can create a new profile. Start with the Come to Canada tool to check your eligibility before creating a new profile.

1. There is no way to revive the current profile? 2. if I must have to create a new one, should I directly start doing it from the CIC acc disregarding current invalid profile?

If the profile is deemed ineligible, you can't do anything further on it.

2. if I must have to create a new one, should I directly start doing it from the CIC acc disregarding current invalid profile?

Yes.

It is advisable to use a different mail id and a new GC Key so that your data from old profile nowhere creates issue.
