Pls help me out to find the following answer of Sponsor Evaluation form IMM 5481

My current situation

I am divorced. I have no connection with my wife. She is living in Canada. I don’t have to support her.

Now I am married and going to sponsor my wife. I am filling up the application. I am bit doubt on form [IMM 5481 ] 5 B Previous undertakings and 6 A. Do I have to mention any of the check box?

Any advice highly apprecite.

Did you sponsor your ex-wife to Canada? If yes, did she become a PR within the last three years? If yes, you have to mention her - she is still under your undertaking. Even though you are not supporting her, if she applied for welfare, you would have to pay the government back.
If it has been more than three years since she became a PR, or you did not sponsor her in the first place, you do not include her in your previous undertakings on this form.

I AM GOING TO SPONSOR MY HUSBAND FROM INDIA. I HAVE ONE DAUGHTER FROM MY PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. SHE LIVES PRIMARILY WITH MY EX HUSBAND. SHE STAYS WITH ME ON WEEKENDS. WE HAVE JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY. IN CUSTODY FILES IT SAYS I PAY $185 PER MONTH TO MY EX HUSBAND TO THE SUPPORT OF MY DAUGHTER. BUT I NEVER PAY BECAUSE OF MUTUAL CONSENT OF ME AND MY EX HUSBAND. DO I NEED TO PUT MY DAUGHTER AS A DEPENDENT IN 6B?
