i got one back in btech due to which my degree is completed in 5 years instead of 4
is m eligible under spp
10th: 64 %
12th:65%
btech cse:53% in 2012
and ielts 7 bands each above 6

There is no rule mentioned anywhere that student with backlog's cant apply.

Their main purpose of starting SPP category was to reduce processing time of study permit. So go ahead and apply. You fulfill all basic requirements of SPP Category.
