pls help me,,new to this forum

Hello guys, first of all wish u all a very happy new year. I am new to this forum but as a viewer I have been following this forum long time Enfield, royalsting denoted people..I am terribly upset and my new year start is not good because I have been rejected visa twice.First time bcuse of bank hdfc credila where my consultant played with me they said to me it was accepted (like hdfc is a parent company under that credila is accepted even bank people said the same thing)we got a educational loan against collateral..My first visa was filed on 25 nov got rejection in 5th dec,stating only the bank, then I tried my maximum from a nationalized bank by getting a educational loan against FD in 3 days where my father put all his money and rest of money we kept our mother jewels on interest to get a total of 12lakhs.Again filed my visa on 13th dec,,but this time visa got rejected stating that
1.i am not satisfied that you leave Canada by the end of your course because
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualifications,previous studies,employement,level of establishment,other educational opportunitied available in india or Canada,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans.
I doestn know why this happened ,,they could have suggested this things on my first rejection but they didn’t instead they stated only my bank that it does not comes under there list.
My profile is after my 12th std due my family reasons ,financial instability I went for work 6 years I was in HR industry in an hospital from to trainee to executive.But after some time I realized a degree is an important fact to go places(bcuse I coudnt compete after that) so I studied BCA where I was keen to learn computer aspects where I was pretty dull, which will be useful for my career. I completed successfully,and during that period of time(three years) I worked part time in hotel front office just to earn something for my pocket.i developed some interest in hotel industry aspiring to become an HR in that industry or in hospital.
But to do that I need a complete knowledge in that industry but I cant leave my hospital industry too.So I decided to go to Switzerland to study Post graduation in hospitality management I studied and came up with high grades and a letter from employer in swiss as an best employer.Again came back to india and tried in HR industry ,but it seems impossible to get without any qualifications in HR (they don’t even consider my experience, I agree always qualifications with experience matters)So at last as my final try I decided to study 1 year pg HRM in Canada.I got admissions in five college in Canada,I chosed Conestoga,dreaming that my all struggle is going to be ended this coming year ,me and my family finally going to be happy.But flattered…Guys please help me out wht shall I do now

Mainly dnt believe in any consultant make your own research,
Hdfc credila is not accepted not only in Canada in newzealand ,Australia too.(usa may be)
I think may be 2 nd time because of late submission visa may be rejected also my offer letter expires on 23dec ,I got reply from chc on 28thdec(this too I raised a question to my consultant they said visa officer will be knowing all these he will initimate bfre 23rd) mm wht to say…

Hi,

1. Your first refusal was based on your failure to meet the "minimum eligibility" requirement of CHC. How can you expect CHC to process your file further without even meeting a minimum eligibility. And in your second attempt (after meeting all minimum eligibility) you got refusal after the "complete processing" of your file.


2. Factors;

a) 6 year gap after 12th pass out.
b) BCA (a graduate degree in computer application)
c) 1 year PG certificate in Hospitality (totally irrelevant to 'b').
d) now aspiring for a 1 year PG certificate in HR (again irrelevant to 'b' & 'c')
e) weak work profile/experience.


You can't make a stand based on your personal issues/opinion. You need "proved facts/profile". You can see even your Swiss stamped passport was of no use in proving your "establishment/family tie" to India.

I believe it's clearly a case of "weak/irrelevant course selection". May be it's a time to think about a Master Degree (generalized management course).

Thank you enfield,i got an clear idea,,i will work on it to get a masters relevant to my hospitality degree or general management, that will be better option.
