I was a soft skills,life skills,behavioural and communication trainer for 5 years in multiple colleges ( engineering, arts and nursing). We identified the need of the institute, created our own content and delivered. I also did the hiring for sometime and maintained the payroll and trained the new recruits and supervised their performance.The company was run by a psychiatrist. it is a private company.I was head of training and development there (but nothing too related to HR)
But now, for the past 1 year, I work in an IT company as a Sr. training and development .. But I mainly focus on their English project (IELTS, TOEFL etc ) again, I create my own content, have client meets, quality check output (we create videos for IELTS-elearning). Lead a team under me.
I host a book club for the employees and conduct personality development and business etiquette classes for the employees(soft skills) occasionally as the main project eats up most of my time.
I'm confused now. Do I fall under NOC 4021, 0112 or 1121.
