Pls help DOCUMENT REQUEST

I need your help so I finished my MR last month and asked Dr. he said sent already 4 days later of the test. But now I just received an email from cic about DOCUMENT REQUEST. They said and asking- Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for…......... my number. And must send them the requested information by email within 30 days from the date of this letter. What i should do about this? any problem will happen to my cast? Thank you so must.

Did you submit MR receipts to CIC email?

Anyways send it now.

And don't panic, it is quite frequent if you do your medical before requested by CIC that they send you the request even if they have received the results. You should email them informing them that you did your MR and scan a copy of the results (which you should have). They will update their file.

Easy & fast way would be call the customer care guy & ask him to check whether they received MR or not..

thanks, I got the requested for medical. I do not have that results should (I really want too is it right if I would like to have that) I have to ask about this with immigration Dr.? I only have E-Medical Information Sheet and some of receipts.

E-Medical sheet with your info and a reference number is the only thing you need

Ok I really appreciate I'm gonna send only thing that i have E-Medical sheet and there is my reference number on it, hope it's enough. Good luck to all
