u cannot show if u dont have it(flipping burgers does not qualify as international cuisine anyone can do that hell i was doing it as parttime job here in McDonald's)....u can work in an international restaurant in india ..i dont know hence i said u can take diploma in international cuisine in india which will be proof of international cooking. ultimately u have to prove to the VO how education in canada going to help u get a job in india .

but i dont want to come back to india....
i want settle in canada...
i really dont know how to convince the visa officer.....
so i cant apply under manitoba PNP with my skills?

everyone wants to settle in canada but u dont say that to the VO as then u will have a visa rejection.
u have to convince VO that u will come back after completion of ur course .

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_cuisine
this is just an example there r various cuisines a cook should know like Japanese(sushi), Chinese , middle eastern , Italian , french ,Mexican etc to name a few . I am not in cooking field so wont know much. If u work in indian restaurant then ur indian skill can be used . I doubt they will recognize ur skills for visa purpose but i am not sure.

Canada usually look for international cooking experience (if you dont have it will be difficult to convince VO). Cooking Indian food is not considered to be special. Canada will accept if you want to learn international cooking.
