Hello Forum Experts,

I would really need your comments to know whether I m still ELIGIBLE for processing after new Demand List.

MY NOC code is 0213 and i have sent the initial application to CIO, Sydney on March and i received the letter dated on May 13, ,2010 stating to SEND my complete application to NEW DELHI Visa OFFICE of 120 days time limit.

Could you let me know whether i m still eligible for the FSW, since my initial application was sent on March and got acknowledment on May 13, 2010.

Please advise to proceed further.

Dear Harri.. Hurry up you are in queue....

All the applicant prior 26th June, 2010 are still eligible(Those got PR from CIO) even if applied under deleted category.

Yes.. you need to submit your full docs to Local CHC(New Delhi - for Indian applicants) within 120 days deadline.

Do this as early as possible, dont wait 120 days to over, finish everythng in one month & send the complete docs.
