hello. I applied for my visa on 21st Nov through vfs Delhi. My visa got refused last time for September intake 2017 and I am applying again for January 2018 fall. I haven't received my application number till now but I am having the uci number as I received message last time but it's been 14 days and I haven't got message for my new application number. Will I get message this time? And why it is taking too long?
