IMPORTANT: Don't forget to update your profiles on November 19, 2016

"Those foreign nationals who would benefit from new points for Canadian study credentials or changes to job offer requirements will need to update their profiles and answer new questions to receive points".

Source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/express-entry.asp

Full Paragraph - "All changes will be in place as of November 19, 2016. However, some foreign nationals might not see their Comprehensive Ranking System score change for several days. All scores will be updated before the next round of invitations to apply. Those foreign nationals who would benefit from new points for Canadian study credentials or changes to job offer requirements will need to update their profiles and answer new questions to receive points."

I think, there might be additional questions popping up for NAFTA and Intra-Company workers for 50 points.

How to update profile:

I had a question regarding the November 19 changes. I am on PGWP which is an open work permit which I got after completing my MBA from Schulich School of Business. I am working with the same employer for whom I used to work in India. My employee ID, business email etc is the same. I wanted to know if I will be getting the 50 points for work experience or not.

Also, along with my MBA I completed a Diploma in Financial Engineering as well from York University. Will I get 30 points for my masters only or 45 for both my masters and diploma.

Thanks and regards

Does that mean re-create our profiles? How else would we change work/education info.?

I have a question related to having job offer section:

I am here on ICT and will complete 4 years in march, so I have job Offer until March 2017. Does this qualify me to say "Yes" in "Intended work in Canada" Section

Applications for permanent residence for foreign nationals invited to apply before November 19, 2016 will be assessed based on the previous Ministerial Instructions.

I am an international student therefore do not have sufficient knowledge to answer your question. If someone answers here, nice otherwise I recommend posing this question here:
