Please Suggest to my case, Applying in June - Can anyone answer to my query!?

Dear Friends,

I have got offer from University of Regina and I and my wife are planning to apply fir Student Visa and Temp Residence Visa respectively.

My course in MEngg in Software Systems Engineering Coop

I have following docs ready, ( Tuition Fee (5500)+ 10,000 + 4000 + 8000 = 27,500 )

1) Financial Docs :

- Educational Loan 16,000 $ ( Have our property put as collateral )
- I and My wife Savings : 12,000 $
- Our Mutual funds : 12,000$
- Father in law Savings : 10,000$
Father in Law PF : 10,000$

2) Medical Doc will receive in 2 Weeks

3) Acceptance Letter

4) BE Degre ( EEE) Marks Card

5) 5 Years Experience Letter as Software Engineer

6) Form 16 and pay slips

Apart from our property my mother has 1 acre land , do I need to submit the property docs as well?

Friends please review my case and let me know wheather my case is strong enough ? If I have missing any crucial thing here? Do I need to write a letter addressing Visa Officer?

Congratulations on your admission at University if Regina, can you please tell me what was your GPA or percentage in your bachelors program. I have a 2.51 GPA 68% marks can I get admission in University of Regina??
