Hi All,

Please suggest me how to tackle this situation as i find it catch 22. My company is sending me to US for one year and i am in mid of my application processing with the Canadian Immigration office, New Delhi. I have sent my full application to them in January 2010 first week and have already received the response of acknowledgement from them. I have few questions here:

1.) If they ask me to appear for medical. Meanwhile being there in US can i go for medicals there in US and ask the medical report to be directly send to the Visa office in New Delhi.

2.) And after medicals if they ask to submit the passport for Visa stamping, Can i send my passports of my family from US directly?

Please let me know as it is urgent. On the basis of your valuable feedbacks i will proceed further.

1.) Correct, go for medicals in US and ask the medical report to be directly send to the Visa office in New Delhi
2.) You can not send your passports to India while being in US. Either you will have to request the Visa office change or come to India to get Th Visas.

This is my personal opinion. Let us wait for others to confirm
