I'm planning to immigrate Canada thr express entry. I'm 36, mother of 9 years old son. I have filed divorce but didn't get yet as husband is abscounded. He is a green card holder, illegally married another women in US. I have no contact with me and dont know where he is. If there would be any consent for father's permission to take child with me, I can not fulfil that. We haven't be together since 6 years. Wanted to know if is there any scope for me to immigrate or need to wait until get divorce.

If you can't get permission from the father, you need full legal custody from the courts.
