Just an update, I received my passport request today, so I am assuming that everything was fine with my spouse medicals...

In our initial visit to DMP we were asked to get previous reports from specilist which we submitted . The DMP was on vacation for 2 weeks after that .We actually rushed to get things done 1 day before his vacation unfortunately it was not sent that time .
10 days ago DMP called up for follow up and said he will send all the information .

Hopefully it is sent . I called up 2-3 times to DMP office in last 10 days but receptionists are too busy to confirm that whether is is sent or not. I would be applying for GCMS notes in next couple of days.
