Please provide inputs about EE profile update after ITA for a province

Hello respected members. Kindly advise. I had created an EE profile earlier and later created SINP EOI. In my express entry profile I had mentioned 4 or 5 provinces as preferred provinces (including Saskatchewan) since I thought these provinces are best to live in. I got ITA from SINP program and have submitted application. I know my EE profile allows changes. Can I go in and remove other provinces to show that I do not consider other provinces now, and am focussed only to join saskatchewan? Is there any issue with doing so? Please share your views.

Once you accept an NOI from a province, the other provinces won't send you anything.
