I have sent my application to Bufallo on Sept the 12th applying for a multiple return visa and I never got an answer back from them untill yesterday when they emailed me saying my application was incomplete because they need my correct mailing address (obviously I made a mistake) in order for them to continue the process. I already lost my flight last week. Does this mean my visa is already issued and all they need is the address so they can send me my passport back or does it mean that they are still working on it. Please I need some answers,I am really frustarted of waiting.

Probably complete. They probably sent the passport and it was returned because of the address, so they are trying again.

Thank you. They emailed me yesterday they sent my passport. do you know how long it takes to get to Canada?
