Please Please Please Help Very Frustrated Online TRV payment problem

I know there are hundreds of posts, but I am hoping someone will be able to offer some insight into a payment that I am have trying to pay for my daughters online TRV visa.

She is a South African passport holder living in Pakistan.

She has been invited to spend a few weeks with the family of one of her school friends. She will be in Canada for four weeks. We have done the application online as the processing time in Pakistan is to long as she needs he passport in March and again in June. The documents are ready and all we have to do is pay.

I have now tried ten times and it is always unsuccessful. We get the following message

"Too many failed attempts! Please Try again later" But I have only tried once. Dont understand and we are very frustrated.

Can another person pay for the visa. I have an american friend who has offered to pay using his credit card.

Any help will be wonderful as it would be a shame for her to miss out on visiting Canada for the first time because of a payment issue.

Perhaps this is a computer problem? You cannot make payment through a Mac but can processed in a PC?

not sure other than credit card what method of payment you used. I know that for Credit card the address you have given while making payment has to match with the billing address of the credit card otherwise it will be denied. Example if your friend use debit or credit card number from Africa, he/she has to give the original billing address of that card (from Africa) not the one where he/she currently staying (Pakistan). Hope this helps.
