Please Please Advice: TRV on basis of BOWP

Friends, I need some advice on how to proceed in this situation.

PR application status: Medicals completed on July 22.
My Closed WP valid untill: April 2015
My Temp Resident Visa valid untill: April 2015 (applied on the basis of closed WP)
Spouse status: Open WP valid untill April 2015
Spouse Temp Resident Visa valid untill: April 2015

My employer has asked me to go back to my home country in October 2013 since my project has come to an end and the employer is not going to pay me in Canada after October. Hence, I am looking at the option of applying for a BOWP if I dont complete my landing before this date and even if my closed WP is valid till April 2015.

If the BOWP is approved:
1. Can we leave Canada and re-enter on the basis of the temp resident visa which I already have it stamped based on my closed WP?
2. Will the closed WP which is valid till April 2015 become invalid as soon as a BOWP issued?
3. Do I need to apply for a BOWP for my spouse too or can she continue to work on her open WP issued on the basis of my closed WP?

Ans 1: Yes you can leave canada and come back on TRV as if you have visa its not matter u have job or not.

Ans 2: Yes closed WP will be valid but if your employer donot pay you you cannot work and you have to live as visitor till TRV expire
Its a clause if your employer is not paying you or he donot have funds you can apply for new Open WP as its not your fault. Read Instruction Guide for WP extensions.You and your spouse can also apply for BOWP.

Ans.3 No you donot need to apply for your spouse BOWP as she already have open work permit and she is free to work anywhere untill 2015.

Donot worry you are in the safe zone.When applying BOWP you have to show your situation as BOWP has condition of applying when 4 month left on your current work permit.Write an explaination letter and tell them why you need open wp.I think you will sure get it.
Please call CIC and ask them what will be the best thing you can do?
