I am a 2014 FSW applicant. I got my Passport Request email in July and Sent my Passport to CPC - Ottawa on july 26. Got this e-mail on august 3
Dear applicant:
Your passport is now ready to be returned to you. We have received your return courier FedEx envelope and waybill, however, correct payment information is missing from the waybill.
We do not ship envelopes with waybills that indicate “Bill Recipient”.
Please send a new pre-paid pre-addressed shipping label using the directions below.

Sent a new Return Lable on the same day but the tracker it is not activated yet. Is there any way to contact CPC office.
