We hereby present to you the general terms and conditions under which you have been employed.

-GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-JOB POSITION: Receptionist

-SALARY: Salary allocated for this position is 5500 Canadian Dollars monthly.

-ALLOWANCES: You are entitled to 300 Canadian Dollars weekly allowance exclusive from salary

-SALARY INCREMENT: You shall have a 10% salary increment at the end of the first six months of effective service

-JOB REF NUMBER: JHL / XCB / 7710AL

-WORKING HOURS, RESTING DAYS AND HOLIDAYS: You will work 6 days a week, 54 hours a week and 9 hours a day. Work from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 13:00 to 17:00 hours. You will be free all
through Sundays. You shall have a two week break after every 6 months

-ACCOMMODATION/ ENTERTAINMENT: The hotel will provide you an accommodation at the hotels staff headquarters. The accommodation includes a two room apartment with internet facilities, toilet,
kitchen fully equipped and a laundry machine to ease your laundry.

-BENEFITS: Employees shall be registered with the company's health assurance policy, have a one week trial period upon your arrival at the company during which you shall be compensated according to
the labor code

-OVERTIME WORK AND COMPENSATION: For any activity carried out, outside the work time schedule above, you shall be compensated in accordance with the Canadian Labor Code Law

-DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract will have duration of two years and may be renewed or terminated upon the decision of one or both parties with justified reasons

-UNIFORM: Employees shall appear in the Hotel's official uniform and company is only responsible with the laundry of your work uniform every after your duty hours

-DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Before you as a foreign worker can travel to Canada and resume work, you will need some certain documents which are required for your free entry and work in Canada. These documents shall be processed at the Canadian Immigration. And the company shall be responsible for 70% the processing cost of these documents to the immigration while you the employee will be responsible for just 30% the processing cost of these documents as well to the embassy before coming over here to start work with us.

Canadian Work Visa
Social Insurance Numbers (SINs)
Canadian Work Permit
Canadian Resident Permit
Contract form
Ielts Certificate
Canadian Health insurance/Card
Bank Authorization Statement
Canadian Employment Authorization Card
Medical

-OBLIGATIONS: You are obliged to do your best at work especially during the hours of work
