I Applied under CEC on april 25, 2014 and haven't receive my file number (AOR) yet and my Bank draft is still outstanding. I tried to log in on E-cas and it doesn't show me any information i.e i cant log in. Let me explain you briefly about my case.

I filled my application with the help of immigration lawyer. After waiting more than 6 weeks I sent an email to CIC intake office on June 17 to ask about my application status by giving some information related to me such as Client ID, Name, Date of birth, Country of citizen and my passport number. After waiting a long time, They write me back on July 31. I am going to past the exact wording of their email.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Based on the information provided, I can find no record of CIO-Sydney receiving your application. If you provide your courier tracking number, a further search can be done.

I emailed them on the same day with my tracking number and still waiting for their reply. I have Zero support from my immigration lawyer. He didn't send any email to CIC regarding my application status. He told me his friend is MP and told him about my application ( He showed me an email sent to his Friend(MP) ) and he going to find out my status of application. and then my lawyer called me back on august 1 and told me MP told me your application has been misplaced inside the office and they found it and start processing your application to give you AOR. but its already 22 days since they find my application ( I am not sure but told by my lawyer ) and didn't receive any file number and bank draft is still outstanding.

Rather than waiting for AOR number from my first application. i planned to fill another application and sent to CIC. if i get file number from my first application then i will withdraw my 2nd application.

I would like to help me out with some steps.

1 I sent mu original ielts certificate and how can i get another copy of my ielts ?

2. I already applied for PCC and its gonna take more than month so what should i do on this?

I really need your help

The PCC can be submitted at a later date. YOu dont need to wait for PCC.

For ielts contact them. I know they canrge some fees.

Above is assuming that you are sending a second application and not waiting for the first one to be processed. If CIC found your application in the last 22 days it might be too early for AOR.
