Please I urgently need help for my PR renewal

I urgently need help. I had a travel document (passport) that I used to travel to only one country. My PR card has expired, so I submitted an application to renew it.


A week later, I received a request for additional documents — they are asking for a color copy of all pages of my travel document.


Unfortunately, I have lost my travel document. In this case, what should I do?

You'll need to respond and say you can't provide this information since you have lost the travel document. I would also include a full list of your travels on that travel document (dates and locations).
