Hi to everyone,

I worked in 3 institutions one first sent the updated reference letter, which was 3 years full time contract, and the 2rd sent an e.mail to me explaining why they can not issue another letter. It was a private University and the have their rules that they issue reference only once. I was sending this updated reference letters because the one i sent with my full package was the old reference letters without job duties, but my application was updated to in process with the old reference letters. But i decided to insist for the institution to send to me updated letter, because i discovered that the deans had been changed and also phone numbers had changed and also one institution also changed names.

The last institution delayed so long with the reference letter, that i could not wait for it, since it was only one year experience, so i decided to post the one i had with me plus the explanation letter by e.mail to the Visa office.

My question now is the last institution has sent the reference now, should i still post it to them or i should just keep it with me.

Please any suggestion will be valuable to me.

Thanks.

Anymore more suggestions.

Is there any limit on the number of times you should post additional information to the Visa Office.

Thanks.

Hi Igbehinadara,
Thanks for the confirmation i have searched it from my file and will post it in the morning first thing tomorrow.

Yes it is good to post it than give room for then to be asking where is the other letter from the other institution.

Its always good to provide them with updated letter as far as possible ... this way there is no scope for them to do verification and it also instills faith in them.
N yea there are no limits for sending additional info to the consulate , if you have received you second AOR ..just take the file no label and stick it on to the envelope that you send to them.
If not then you can always send them the file no for your reference and subject - additional docs
Hope this helps...all d best
