There is one question in the forms about Government positions is that include any job like lecturer in the university or just police officer, and judge, .. etc

Did you work for the Goverment yes or no,If the Goverment pays your salary whether Police,Civil servant,Street Cleaner etc,Yes you worked for the goverment
