Please I need help with WES evaluation

I have a bachelor of English literature from Damascus university.

I am outside the country, I can't go there because of the situation.

I have someone there to take care of the documents.
The university refused to send the documents directly, niether they accept to put it in an envelope sealed.

Guys, I need your help with anyone who have the same case.

why wouldn't they put it in a sealed envelope? It's just "lick it and stamp it". Your friend can pick it up and mail it to you. Did you try calling them and explain?

I tryed but in vain. Anyone who face such a situation. Please feedback
