I do not live in Canada ....... and if you go to the embassy, what to say to them ...... I think they are not interested in the development or the obstacles.

MP= MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT or a local Councillor for the area you live in , explain your situation I'm sure they will help you . Go to the city hall or Government buiding and ask to speak with one of these people .
