I got a invitation later yesterday from the person processing my visa and I don’t feel it’s authentic, anyone that received a invitation from international leadership training should please assist me or any one with a good level of experience please I beg you all.

Invitation letter for what? For a TRV? You need to post the letter.
How would anyone know if it’s legitimate or not if you don’t post the details of said invitation?

Are they asking you for any money? If so how much and in what currency? Are they asking you for any personal documents? If so, which ones?
This is almost certainly a scam.
The thing is I went to this mans office as I saw the sign post work and travel abroad, we started the process and the man said I will have to pay for invitation as we’re doing a working and direct employment visa weeks after he called me to tell me my invite is ready I should proceed to visa fee, I requested to see the invitation he gave me a copy which I did research on and not no good prove that it’s legitimate because it doesn’t look like the ones I have seen, I went back to his office told him I couldn’t confirm the authenticity of the invitation, the contact address are both not active both number and email and he said he is not in Canada he has people there that sends him invite when he ask for it and he trust them as he has be en working with them for years but if I need something I can confirm online he will email them and tell them, days later I went back to receive something that still doesn’t look legit to me and I’m confused cos I have already spent money on it and now it’s not working for me I need to show the invitation to you all but I don’t know how, if I can get your email I forward them to you soo you can see it

That totally sound like he's scamming you. Do not pay him any money.
