I'm preparing all my requirements for my open permit and PR application.. I have some questions about the application..

I'm still single. can I add my mom in my application for PR??

Do I need to get a police clearance here in Canada even though I already have 1 from my country??

Do I need to send it both application in one address?? because there's 2 different address here, 1 for OPW and 1 for PR

Please I need help I don't know anybody to ask..

No - you can't add your mother to your application. You can only add your spouse or dependent children.

You need a police clearance for everywhere you have lived for at least six months since the age of 18 - excluding Canada. When you submit the police clearances they cannot be more than three months old.

I'm not sure how to answer your address question. What kind of application are you submitting?

Thank you scylla..

I can't add my mom.. :( Someone from my embassy said that I can.. >:(

Unfortunately the person at the embassy was either wrong or misunderstood your question. You definitely cannot include your mother in your PR application. It doesn't matter if you are married or single - your mother cannot be included.
