I have a medical degree. But I have been working as a senior manager of health over the past 10 years. I intend applying for NOC 0014, using my medical degree, and my master's degree in advanced clinical practice. The question is this, who would be the right authority to access my medical degree, is it the Medical Council Of Canada, or other bodies like WES, ICAS, etc. I am asking this question because although my first degree is a medical degree ie (MBBS) however, my NOC has nothing to do with medical practice, but a manager in the health sector, if it was, then I understand that the Medical Council of Canada will be responsible for the evaluation, but now that I am applying as a manager of health, with a medical degree, please who will be responsible for the assessment of the medical degree against the backdrop that my chosen NOC has nothing to with medical practice even though one of my degrees is a medical degree?
